Flexible rates

• Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge, and any deposit paid is refunded.
• If cancelled within 14 days before arrival, or in case of a no-show or early departure, the total price of the reservation is charged (100% non-refundable).
• Changes and rebookings are possible up to 14 days before arrival, subject to availability and to the rate applicable at that time.

Non-refundable and special rates

• These rates are charged in full at the time of booking.
• They cannot be changed, and no refund is given in the event of cancellation, a no-show or an early departure.

Payment

• Payment terms depend on the rate you book and are shown before you confirm your booking.
• Payment must in all cases be completed on arrival before the keys are issued.
• A deposit of USD 250 per accommodation is placed at check-in as a credit card authorisation, and is released within one week of departure if unused.

Rates, taxes and fees

• All rates are in USD. A resort fee of USD 10 per accommodation per night applies to every stay, and 7% tax is charged on the total amount including the resort fee.
• The room rate, the resort fee and the tax are shown separately before you confirm your booking.

Groups, events and long stays

• For bookings of three or more accommodations, and for events, weddings and long-stay reservations, separate payment and cancellation terms are agreed in writing and prevail over this policy.

Bookings made through a third party

• Where you book through an online travel agency or another third party, the cancellation and payment conditions of that party apply to your booking.

Current offers

• The conditions of our current offers and packages, including any food and beverage credit, minimum stay, blackout dates and validity period, are published with the offer itself at bluebay-curacao.com/upgrade-your-stay.

We strongly recommend that all guests take out appropriate travel and cancellation insurance.
