During the ‘Culinary Collaboration,’ a renowned regional chef takes over the kitchen for one day, teaming up with the Brass Boer Curaçao team to create an exclusive dining experience. Last year, Brass Boer partnered with the famous Caribbean chef Helmi Smeulders to present an exclusive six-course menu, perfectly blending Caribbean flavors with Brass Boer’s signature refinement.
