On Saturday, December 7th, we invite you to a unique culinary evening at Brass Boer Curaçao! In collaboration with renowned island chef Helmi Smeulders, we present a six-course menu that blends Caribbean flavors with the refinement of Brass Boer.
What can you expect?
• Start at 6:00 PM with sunset, enjoying an aperitif and bites on the beach to kick off the evening.
• An exclusive six-course menu, with three dishes prepared by chef Helmi Smeulders and three by our own Brass Boer team.
• Top-quality wines selected by Arie and Esther from Servir Frais, our wine supplier in Curaçao.
