Culinary experience by Lemongrass: 3-course menu (served at Bayside Restaurant)
Starter: Pita bread, sourdough bread, duck rilette, crostini carpaccio, shotglass Vitello Tonnato
Main Course: Surf 'n Turf (tournedos and gambas), chili lime sauce, local vegetables and candied potato
Dessert: Crispy walnut parfait with honeycomb salted caramel sauce and Frangelico infusion
