The Association of Blue Bay Resort Owners (VvE)

From the moment you become the legal owner of a lot, a home, or an apartment on Blue Bay you automatically become a member of the Association of Blue Bay Resort Owners (VvE). The VvE looks after the interests of all Blue Bay Owners, provides assistance during the building process and makes sure the rules and the General Terms and Agreements are being adhered to in order to guard the standard of living in Blue Bay. At the same time the VvE also organizes events for the residents like happy hours and the yearly BBQ. After your purchase of a Blue Bay Property you are welcome at our office to get acquainted with the team and to exchange the necessary (contact) information.
